Activate

To activate your Ruby Prepaid MasterCard®, you need to retrieve your PIN. 

To retrieve your PIN, call our secure automated PIN retrieval service and follow the 5 easy steps:

1. Call +44 (0) 207 070 4902
2. Enter your 9 digit eccount number (this is the 9 digit number on the bottom left hand corner of your Prepaid Card)
3. Enter the last 4 digits of your card number
4. Enter the 4 digit secret number supplied during registration
5. Memorise the PIN that is read out by our automated system.

If you find your PIN hard to remember, you can change it at most ATMs, by selecting the "PIN services" option. Avoid popular or obvious number sequences such as 1234, 9876 or 9999 and try to use random number combinations to make it harder for others to guess.
